What if my order arrives damaged?
Please examine your package carefully when it arrives. If you see visible damage (even to the box), make a note on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to check the item at that time but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. Should your order arrive damaged, please send photos to support@seek1stonline.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
